Live Lounge Sound is a UK booking service that connects you with polished, gig-ready musicians — the stripped-back, acoustic-session take on the songs everyone already knows. Instead of hunting through profiles and hoping the act turns up, you tell us the date, the room and the mood; we supply the right line-up and manage the booking from first enquiry to the final song.

Our musicians specialise in a warmer, more intimate live sound: real instruments, close-up vocals, and arrangements built to fill a room without overpowering it. It suits venues with sound limits, drinks receptions where you still want conversation, and evenings that need to lift from background to dancefloor at exactly the right moment. You get a live band experience with none of the guesswork — every player is vetted, insured and briefed before they arrive.

Standard package

Our standard quotes assume a 5:00pm earliest arrival and a midnight finish; earlier arrivals and later finishes are available as add-ons.

  • A professional live-lounge line-up with a genuine live show
  • Either 2 × 60-minute or 3 × 40-minute live sets
  • A strong repertoire of modern and classic songs in the acoustic live-lounge style
  • Full PA and stage lighting supplied and operated
  • Curated background playlist through the PA before, between and after sets
  • Your first dance or a special request performed live
  • PAT-tested equipment and Public Liability Insurance, as most venues require
  • A dedicated booking manager guiding you through planning and on the day

  • A 60-minute acoustic duo set for your drinks reception or ceremony

A dependable choice for event planners and in-house teams. Our musicians read a corporate room well — refined enough for a drinks reception or awards dinner, ready to turn an office party into a proper night out. We invoice cleanly and give you a single point of contact.

Weddings

A natural fit for beautiful venues with strict sound limits. The emotion of a live band for your first dance and the lift of a full set later, without the risk of tripping a sound limiter — and we look after the timeline so the music lands where you want it.

Parties

A fresh alternative to the usual party band. Birthday, anniversary, or just an excuse to get everyone on their feet — our musicians read the room and build the night: easy early on, full-throttle by the end.

Yes — the live-lounge setup is built for restricted rooms, and we confirm limits with your venue in advance.

Nationwide across the UK, with travel included in most quotes; longer distances are quoted transparently.
What if a musician can't make it?
Every booking is backed by our roster, so we can cover an unexpected drop-out with a vetted replacement.
